Brand & Segment Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments/personas, market intelligence, and team dynamics based on sound internal and external customer insights.
  • Plan and drive the execution of marketing campaigns for each customer segment/personas to support marketing goals (e.g. user acquisition, upsell, activation and retention).
  • Generate compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy for relevant target groups.
  • Consistently track ongoing performance of each customer segment and identify areas of opportunities and improvements
  • Working closely with different internal teams (e.g. product marketing, creative designers, partnership, sales), as well as external agencies to develop the assets for all the relevant marketing assets
  • Research competitive brands, products, trends, analyzing pricing and claims
  • Execute other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or related fields
  • At least 6 years of experience in Marketing related field and 3 years in Digital Marketing area
  • Proven work experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
