Manage and coordinate the strategic planning of assigned OnlinePajak Business Units,including assigning priorities and forecasts
Analysis of market and business information to inform the formulation of product solutions and strategies to be presented to parts of the business.
Being a cross-functional role by nature the Business lead is expected to liaise with engineering, marketing, sales, and design departments to translate the product needs into requirements and to drive consensus within the departments, which ultimately promotes the achievement of the product goals.
Work closely with cross-functional groups in the ongoing delivery of product/feature releases, ensuring a high degree of analytical assessment of customer/user impact
Manage the cadence of delivery according to key timelines and milestones, including pre and post production
Maintain strong relationships across the business as well as with key OnlinePajak customers to allow for a swift understanding of new challenges and opportunities
Create a strong environment of communication and collaboration within your Business Unit and across the company
Work with the founding team to develop product strategy and roadmap
Be the voice of the product team. Present product strategy, roadmap, and changes that are happening in product
A BA/BS degree in Business, or Communications, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 8 years experience in a SaaS or technical digital product environment
Strong written and spoken English skills
Excellent analytical and business planning skills
Proven success leading product or project related strategic initiatives
Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
