Content Writer

The content writer will develop and create engaging content for digital media about a variety of topics related to taxation in Indonesia, and OnlinePajak products & services offering. Well-researched, well-written and accurate content will be produced on tight deadlines.

Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of Indonesian grammar are essential to the role, as well as any relevant experience in the field of Indonesian taxation (tax consulting, tax preparation, tax blogging, etc…). A keen interest for web blogging and web marketing are also required.

  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Researching and organizing facts and sources
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas, strategies and best practices for content writing for our audience.
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original, and always exceeds what competitors offer.
  • Collaborating with marketing specialists, graphic designers and product managers to move forward engagement, traffic and user acquisition.
  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience writing for an agency or corporation, with traffic acquisition objective.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience working in the indonesian taxation industry
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
  • Good grasp of English language
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
  • Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
