We are seeking a candidate to join the Scaled Platform Growth team, focused on deepening the understanding of our customers’ financial goals, behaviors and interactions across products.Our ideal candidate is a sharp, thoughtful, and collaborative problem solver, who enjoys identifying key business levers and challenges, and then building analytical frameworks to enable strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive analysis aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of customer needs and behavior, business performance, growth drivers, and trends.
  • Develop quantitative analysis, tools, ad hoc reports, and models to support strategic decision making. Analysis areas might include (but not limited to): retention, sentiment, lifetime value
  • Build a central database of customer intelligence that enables key stakeholder teams to view customer demographics / usage behaviour
  • Provide a customer health score to the business across various segments to help determine what strategies have worked best for the customer.
  • Design algorithms defining the customer tier framework to ensure customer flow once lead generated into the system
  • Build customer journey analytic maps that can predict customer behaviour
  • Develop and maintain heat maps to identify customer churn for the business.
  • Able to drive analytical initiatives to support the rapid growth of our customer base
  • Use tools to derive and understand customer journeys and struggles through analysis like heat mapping.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines
  • Be able to quickly grasp/define ambiguous situations
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Analytics or related field
  • Very strong SQL skills and comfortable working with large volumes of customer data
  • Use of data science techniques (statistical analysis, clustering/segmentation, and time series forecasting or optimization) is required
  • Previous experience with data warehouse architecture, API/Interface Development would be an advantage
