The candidate will develop and create engaging content for our customers about a variety of topics related to taxation in Indonesia, and OnlinePajak products & service offerings.
Have prior experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) and email marketing service
Develop campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, e.g., email, mobile, SMS
Analyze marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and drive the creation of content to meet top line goals
Identify customer needs and gaps in content in order to recommend new topics passion for user experience and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused, results-oriented, self-starter, possess strong communication skills, enjoy working in a multitask, detail oriented and deadline driven department. Creativity, initiative and strong organizational skills are essential. Must be a proactive, positive team player with previous experience and the desire to develop.
Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred
3-4 years of experience writing for an agency or corporation, with a traffic acquisition objective.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Identify creative methods to engage our customers promote use of our product suite.
You are an out of the box thinker, with a pragmatic, data-driven and analytical mindset.
Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows.
Experience with multi-channel user communication and marketing automation systems you’ll have a data-driven approach to optimization
Passion in understanding user behavior and pain points using data
Language proficiency in English and Indonesian will surely be an added advantage.
