Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities

  • Be a major brand ambassador for OnlinePajak team which responsible to introduce OnlinePajak to Indonesia Tax Payers and help future user to learn and applied OnlinePajak system applications to help in making Indonesia better place
  • Participate in the design and development of dynamic, interactive web-based systems that are scale able in both performance and maintainability

Requirements

  • Have understanding and knowledge of basic Tax regulation and calculation
  • Excellent knowledge of using internet and computer
  • Excellent communication skills, analystical skills and interpersonal skills (Excellent english will be a HUGE plus)
  • Have passion,initiative and high confident
  • Able to work according to target given
  • Have high willingness and high motivation to learn new things, in both technology and Tax regulation
  • Able to join soon in 1 – 2 weeks
