Responsibilities

  • Manages Company Values Campaign Activities
  • Work with Operations and L & D for HR-Related Projects
  • Arrange and oversee the awareness of Company values by campaign materials including brochure, merchandise, slides, etc.
  • Establish custom strategies & Events that attract a diverse workforce and build awareness.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to define and promote consistent branding strategies and campaigns.
  • Assisting office visits and networking events internally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / employer branding and/or recruitment marketing experience
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about hosting events and networking session
  • Experience using digital campaigns / social media marketing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and establishing metrics/analytics
  • Have a skill in Design tools (Photoshop, etc) will be HUGE Advantage
