Head of Sales

We are looking for an experienced and talented sales leader to join our Commercial Group and run the growing OnlinePajak Sales Team.

This team focuses on the largest enterprises in Indonesia, educating them on the benefits of OnlinePajak and cloud based efficiency tools in general with the goal of growing their use of the platform, including tax preparation, tax filing and tax payment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for growing large customer adoption, as well as a passionate people manager able to inspire and lead a group of salespeople.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the OnlinePajak sales strategy
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with other OnlinePajak teams, including Product, Tech and other teams within Commercial
  • Report regularly to OnlinePajak leadership on sales momentum and forecasting
  • Advocate new platform features to Indonesia’s top companies
  • Supporting the sales team with their deals
  • Managing a team of 5 or more sales people

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a top university with high grades
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in a SaaS or technical digital product environment
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a high performing sales or commercial team
  • An excellent people manager
  • Strong written and spoken Bahasa and English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience in the tax, accounting or technology industries
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Existing network and relationships with the tax or accounting departments of top Indonesian companies
  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
  • Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
