About the job:
We are looking for an experienced and talented sales leader to join our Commercial Group and run the growing OnlinePajak Sales Team. This team focuses on Direct / Outbound ( Enterprise, Corporate dan SME) and Partnership. The Candidate should have a good reputation in the market with a proven track business record as well as having a vast, business network with all key targeted customers/ business partners in Indonesia. He/She should be able to formulate and strategize sales plans, put the plan into a winning execution and be able to always delight the customers and business partners throughout the process. He/She must have a business insight into the Indonesian market, knowledge of other markets outside Indonesia will be a plus point. He/She should be a great people manager and be able to build business foundations while energizing and empowering team members for sustained growth performance over time. He/She must possess a growth mindset and humble attitude which focuses on the team’s cum company’s glory and legacy.
