About the job:

We are looking for an experienced and talented sales leader to join our Commercial Group and run the growing OnlinePajak Sales Team. This team focuses on Direct / Outbound ( Enterprise, Corporate dan SME) and Partnership. The Candidate should have a good reputation in the market with a proven track business record as well as having a vast, business network with all key targeted customers/ business partners in Indonesia. He/She should be able to formulate and strategize sales plans, put the plan into a winning execution and be able to always delight the customers and business partners throughout the process. He/She must have a business insight into the Indonesian market, knowledge of other markets outside Indonesia will be a plus point. He/She should be a great people manager and be able to build business foundations while energizing and empowering team members for sustained growth performance over time. He/She must possess a growth mindset and humble attitude which focuses on the team’s cum company’s glory and legacy.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge to empowers and enable the team to exceed short and long term business goals in terms of revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and portfolio sales mix by segment
  • Build and implement the OnlinePajak sales strategy
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with other OnlinePajak teams, including Product, Tech, and other teams within Commercial
  • Drive an accountable and independent division that always thrives to do better every day and is a great representation to the board.
  • Advocate new platform features to Indonesia’s top companies
  • Supporting the sales team with their deals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a top university with high grades
  • 10 years sales experience in a SaaS or technical digital product environment
  • 5 years experience managing a high performing sales or commercial team
  • Professional experience in the tax, accounting, or technology industries
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Existing network and relationships with the tax or accounting departments of top Indonesian companies
  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
  • Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
  • An excellent people manager
  • Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English skills
