Responsibilities

  • Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics and channels to drive new user acquisition, activation, retention, product cross-selling and upselling.
  • Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns on our digital channels (Google ads & Facebook Ads).
  • Collaborate and work closely with the marketing and product team to create campaign assets and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments for performance campaigns with variations of creative, audience targeting, platform, content or topic.
  • Ensuring successful campaigns by managing bids and budget to meet the predefined KPI’s.
  • Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
  • Generate new ideas and initiatives for new paid ads campaign

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or other related major
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a campaign/performance marketing specialist
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences handling Google, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter Ads
  • Experience in running paid ads campaigns based on user’s in-app behavior
  • Data driven, organized and creative person
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics.
  • Solid expertise in setting up and organizing tracking on Google Tag Manager to run campaigns
  • Good English is a must
  • Experience in managing paid ads campaign from Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS industry and agency background is a plus
