Production Support Analyst

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the
production support analyst position. Production support analysts troubleshoot technical
issues, provide services status transparency to internal teams, and support the roll-out of
new products/services, among other duties.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor regularly production services and follow up any notifications raised by the
    alerting system
  • Provide regular status updates if there is an incident on any production services
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day issues raised by Customers or Internal Team
  • Perform the first layer of debugging on micro service-oriented applications to find the issue’s root
    cause and possible
  • Escalation of issues and requests to relevant parties and following up until issues are
    closed
  • Research, recommend, configure, and administer system development & configuration
    changes
  • Work with the technical team to have application issues fixed, both short term and long
    term (root cause)
  • Act as a technical resource during other projects as required
  • Responsible for the creation of software operations and support-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience of IT Production Support Role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Have basic knowledge/skills in IT (web, mobile, software, network, programming languages, debugging skills, etc)
  • Outstanding academic records from a top-tier university in Computer Science,
  • Engineering or related field of study (master’s degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in supporting software applications
  • Diligent attention to detail is essential due to the nature of work
  • Thorough analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills
