Coordinate with all the necessary departments for all project requirements including briefing, development, production, delivery.
Work closely with different teams to manage the allocation of Job Request for creatives and resource(s)
Oversee commitments to project completion, delivered in a timely manner, including management of timelines, priorities and expectations.
Ensure all operation procedures are efficient to address changing needs and requirements
Develop work plans with realistic timeline and juggle a demanding schedule of projects at any given time
Collect, centralize, and synthesize information so it’s readily available to the team throughout the course of a project
Min. 5 years of experience in account or project management (in a digital marketing field or creative agency) including email marketing and creative production with a high degree of success and independence.
Experienced in project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Taskword, etc.
Able to take big tasks and break them down into smaller, more approachable parts.
Fluent in English and Bahasa.
Able to work with different teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self sufficient and able to initiate solutions with little direction or management.
