Participate in the planning, development and implementation of the Public Policy and Government Relations strategy to support OnlinePajak’s business and services in Indonesia;
Lead and coordinate engagements with relevant government officials/ related stakeholders on important issues/ topics surrounding tax, fintech, ICT, and innovations in government;
Monitor and analyse regulatory developments in the Indonesian political sphere in general (familiarity with existing rules, regulations and policies related to tax and tax reform, digital economy developments, ICT and fintech is an advantage)
Responsible in providing various recommendations and public policy analysis related to company’s core services (tax, fintech, ICT)
Support and work with the communication team to promote OnlinePajak’s interest and image within the political stakeholder and tax ecosystem.
Undertake special projects assigned by the Director and/or Public Policy and Government Relations Lead.
Bachelor Degree in politics, law, public administration, economics, public policy, international relations (Master Degree is a plus); we are open to candidates from different academic background as long he/ she fulfills the other qualifications as mentioned below and posses competency that can cater the above job descriptions.
Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in private-public sector environment, specifically in the area of improving public services, tax and economics in general, digital economy and government, e-commerce in Indonesia
Experience in working within the Indonesian political/ government sphere and familiarity with government decision making processes is an advantage
Highly motivated, self-learner, agile, high curiosity, solution-driven team member
