  • Work hand in hand with Hiring Manager in finding the right talent
  • Making and maintain the Talent Pool and Talent Pipeline
  • Build Talent Database for future references
  • Keep job posting up to date and look for new angle in recruitment
  • Always try to make new source of candidates
  • Doing all recruitment cycle — Identify, Interview, Offering, Onboarding, and Document completion
  • Evaluate the Talent Market to build insight for Hiring Manager
  • Adapt and improve Recruitment Process
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct supervisor


  • 2 years of experience as Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Having to Recruit for IT Company is a HUGE Advantages
  • Experience in Start-Up environment could help to adapt with OnlinePajak culture
  • Clear communication and interview skill
