Financial Business Improvement

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating external-client (finance and tax)  and internal business process (current and to be – if applicable) (e.g. by doing a workshop with the clients)
  • Find the gaps and Identified the pain points from current and to be business process of client and internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with Pre-Sales and full stack developers to defined a solution to enable the improved business process
  • Documenting current and to be business processes of client and internal stakeholders (incl tools – if applicable)
  • Share the end to end improvement of business process to external client and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • BSc / Msc degree in  finance, tax or related field background
  • Graduated from reputable university (at least 3.00 in GPA)
  • Experience in a reputable startup or consulting company will be plus
  • Detailed, organized, structured and proactive
  • More than 3 years of experience in the business process improvement or re-engineering
  • Have knowledge and experience in finance or tax domain is must
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently and idiomatically.
