We are looking for Technical Specialists who are detail-oriented, results-driven, adept at solving complicated technical problems and have excellent customer service skills.
The Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring a customer’s smooth integration with OnlinePajak and that our products are customised to meet their requirements. You will be working closely with our Sales, Partnerships and Product teams.
Throughout a typical project, the Technical Specialist will assess client needs, carry out required system/product customization, provide clear onboarding and demonstration to customers, and conduct complete technical implementation/installation of the system.
You will be part of OnlinePajak’s Commercialisation Team, reporting to the Head of Product Commercialisation.
