Technical Specialist

We are looking for Technical Specialists who are detail-oriented, results-driven, adept at solving complicated technical problems and have excellent customer service skills.

The Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring a customer’s smooth integration with OnlinePajak and that our products are customised to meet their requirements. You will be working closely with our Sales, Partnerships and Product teams.

Throughout a typical project, the Technical Specialist will assess client needs, carry out required system/product customization, provide clear onboarding and demonstration to customers, and conduct complete technical implementation/installation of the system.

You will be part of OnlinePajak’s Commercialisation Team, reporting to the Head of Product Commercialisation.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, to tailor them for non-technical audiences, and to present them confidently.
  • Experience and good knowledge of JSON, XPath and web development.
  • General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Effective analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Troubleshooting

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years experience in technical integration of applications.
  • Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment.
  • Experience acting as a product specialist for an external client.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently and idiomatically.
