Responsibilities

Accountable to drive incremental customer revenue, subscription and business coverage through partnership

  • Meet / exceed business target
  • Build a strong pipeline of deals based on the Targeted accounts
  • Drive customer lifetime value by delivering and integrating partner expertise and solutions into sales cycle activities
  • Prospect, close and manage relationships with partners
  • Handle incoming leads generated from our website and push the closing and/or upsell and driving the onboarding
  • Generate maximum revenue from partners through direct selling or referrals and achieve target
  • Manage deal lifecycle from prospecting – requirement gathering – negotiation – agreement signing and implementation and drive internal cross department collaboration

Orchestrate end to end co-sell motion with partners 

  • Connecting resources and programs to support partner pipeline velocity and alleviating any friction points
  • Partnering to drive leads and opportunities
  •  Landing partner’s seller readiness of co-sell motion
  • Build partner capabilities on OP’s platforms and solutions

Plantification and intelligence

  • Constant and regular update of the latest trend in tax digitization / tax regulations
  • Build business cases in the discovery phase to support our product improvement through partners’ requirements and feedbacks
  • Animate Partners’ ecosystem with relevant events – gathering – focus discussion group
  • Help in building assets for partners (case studies, value proposition, testimonials)

Deliver high Partner and Customer satisfaction index on delivered SLA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a top university with high grades. A Tax or accounting background highly appreciated
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in a SaaS or technical digital product environment
  • Demonstrate success in managing partner’s relationships
  • Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, consultant segmentation model
  • Existing network and relationships with the Tax/Accounting departments of top Indonesian companies and/or with Tax/Accounting firms
  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business grows
  • Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
  • Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia Indonesia and English skills
