UOB - REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS OF USE

Through this service we are referring you to PT Bank UOB Indonesia (“UOB Bank”) and you may receive offers for their banking products (including but not limited to current account, loan, and insurance of bancassurance). Please read this Referral Program Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) before continuing your use of our services. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the sharing of your data with UOB Bank under the following conditions:

1. Our Partner

We are in partnership with UOB Bank to offer their products and/or services. Your data will be shared with these partners as necessary to provide these offerings. We will always inform you and seek your consent when such sharing is involved.

2. Agreement

The Terms of Use constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and PT Achilles Advanced Management (“us” or “we”), a limited liability company duly incorporated based on laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Terms of Use contain our commitment to you as well as your rights and obligations in using our referral program. The terms specifically defined below shall have the following meanings as stated in this Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and/or prevailing laws and regulations.

3. General Conditions

• Your contact information will be shared with UOB Bank.
• In order for UOB Bank to be able to provide offers for their products, you agree that we will share with UOB Bank relevant data related to your tax information for the purpose of loan assessment by UOB Bank.
• This may include data submitted to the General Directorate of Taxation / Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (“DJP”) for tax purposes for which OnlinePajak has access to, for the purposes of providing our services.

4. Data Security

• We take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data when shared with UOB Bank. However, we cannot guarantee the security practices of UOB Bank, and you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
• These data will not be shared with any other party other than UOB Bank and will not be used for any purposes other than for that of loan assessment by UOB Bank.

5. Opt-Out

• You have the right to opt-out of certain data sharing activities. You can manage your preferences and consent by contacting our customer support.
• Opting out of certain data sharing activities might affect the approval process of UOB Bank in their loan assessment process.

6. Revocation of Consent:

You may withdraw your consent for data sharing at any time. Please note that this may affect your ability to use certain services.

7. Changes to Data Sharing Practices

We may and update our data sharing practices from time to time and/or the Terms of Use to reflect any modification to our products and services, our user requirements, our business priority, or as a response to any change to regulations. We will try providing you with notice of any changes made. You will be deemed to have accepted any modifications made to our referral program services and/or Terms of Use if you remain using referral program services after the change notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any loss, including cost, interest, damage or loss in any form or type whatsoever you or any third-party experience(s) due to your or the third party’s mistake in using our referral program services.
• We shall not be liable for any loss, including cost, interest, damage or loss in any form or type whatsoever you or any third-party experience(s) as a result of any mistake or trouble beyond our control (including but not limited to technical issues or any issues which directly and materially prevent our ability to provide referral program services).

9. Miscellaneous

• If you have any question, advice, or complaint with respect to this referral program services, you may inform the same by email (to [email protected]).
• In order to respond to any inquiry or complaint, we will check all information that you provide us with. For any inquiry/complaint which have been checked and substantiated as valid, we will give our response pursuant to applicable policy and procedure of this referral program services. If the information you provided do not conform to those recorded in our system, we reserve the right to decline further processing of the inquiry/complaint.
• All information provided on the OnlinePajak website about this referral program services, including related information on the UOB Bank website, constitute an integral part hereof.
• If any provision in these Term of Use is declared as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in part or in its entirety, only that provision or a part shall be deemed excluded from this Term of Use but the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provision of this Term of Use shall not be affected.
